Accuracy of Delivery

Orders can only be delivered to the original address provided during the sales transaction, whether at check out on our website, through your purchase order or on the phone.  Our goal is to have a seamless, smooth delivery of your beautiful items, so please ensure that a phone number is included for the destination address.  This is to enable your local delivery agent to make a convenient delivery time for you.

We must adhere to our policy of not holding items for longer than 5 business days if a delivery has been unsuccessful.  After the 5 days you, the customer will assume responsibility for any storage fees.  In such cases, items may be returned by the carrier in which case refunds will be issued in the form of a company credit, less return shipping and a 15% restocking fee.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please indicate it at the time of delivery on the agent’s delivery form when signing it.  If the box or boxes on the skid are visually damaged, please take a picture and kindly contact our Customer Experience Team at service@guilddesigngallery.com and we will take care of the issue ASAP.  Please include your order number and photos of the damage and packaging.  This will assist us in initiating a remedy as quickly as possible.



We stand behind the quality of our products and generally do not accept returns.  In the rare case that something is damaged, please contact service@guilddesigngallery.com to obtain authorization for the return.

Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

Please allow 3 to 5 business days from the date of return for the refund to be issued.  Once the refund has been issued, you will be notified via email.
